To enter the Bourbon Hall venue for any event, you must show a valid form of federal or state ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport) as proof of age. We ID EVERYONE, and we will work with State ABC and local law enforcement to ensure that the rule of law is followed in our establishment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any customer who cannot produce a valid ID. We also reserve the right to ask for a second form of ID if the first form is unacceptable or unclear.

Bourbon Hall will confiscate fake or misrepresented Identification and turn them in to the Police. It is a Class A Misdemeanor to display another person’s ID card as your own, or to lend a card to someone, and it is a Class 4 Felony to possess a fraudulent ID. Offenders face fines, community service, and even jail time. Violators face a minimum license suspension of one year. These suspensions are on the public motors vehicle record and remain there for seven years

Bourbon Hall is ready to accommodate patrons with handicaps or other special needs. Please fill out our contact form with your name, all pertinent info, and event. Prior notice is preferable for your convenience. We can accommodate last minute requests. Please stop by the Box Office upon entering and request a manager.

Local ordinances prohibit smoking in public facilities. Due to the ordinances, smoking is prohibited in Bourbon Hall.

Alcohol is available for anyone 21+. In order to drink alcohol, you must show a current, valid federal/state ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) as proof of age, and be wearing a wristband provided by Bourbon Hall. Patrons drinking without wristbands will be asked to leave. We ID EVERYONE, and we will work with State ABC and local law enforcement to ensure that the rule of law is followed in our establishment. We take this responsibility very seriously.

There is no professional video or photography allowed in our events without permission. You are allowed to take pictures from your smart phone. No professional recording equipment of any kind will be permitted in the venue without prior written consent..
